Initial sketches are created to capture the essence of the existing place to inform future design and development.

This addition project involves adding a new second level over the existing garage. A partial demolition of the existing garage will take place to accommodate the proposed second level. The new living spaces will include new ante room, master bedroom, master bathroom, and balcony.
