Designers and contractors work together to form creative solutions securing best value outcomes to project at each stage from predesign to construction.
The Image below reflects a high-level coordination during erection of roof framing stage of construction. Bracing modifications were needed to provide lateral stiffness for the ridge connection. Photos were made in the field and illustrations were superimposed to convey design intent and sent back to contractors to implement into the work. This quick-collaboration process saves time, but also ensures quality control throughout the construction.
